By accessing or using 10thplanetseattle.com (the “Site”) or participating in classes, events, or programs at 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Seattle (the “Academy”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided for informational purposes about our academy, programs, and schedule. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content for commercial purposes, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

No-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling involve physical contact and inherent risks of injury. By participating in any class, event, or program at the Academy you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions from coaches and staff. A formal liability waiver must be signed before your first class on the mats.

Membership terms, billing schedules, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of sign-up. Free trial classes are offered at the Academy’s discretion and require advance booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing, schedule, or program offerings at any time.

Students are expected to maintain proper hygiene, treat training partners and instructors with respect, follow safety rules, and arrive on time for class. Behavior that endangers or disrespects others may result in suspension or termination of membership.

All content on the Site — logos, photographs, video, copy, design — is the property of 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Seattle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Seattle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your participation in any Academy program.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site or participation in Academy programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
