When you fill out the contact form, request a free trial class, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The class or program you’re interested in
• Any message you send us

We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamps) for security and analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry and book your free trial class
• To send you SMS reminders about your booked class (with consent)
• To follow up about membership, schedule changes, or events
• To improve the website and academy experience

If you opt in, we’ll send transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, schedule changes, follow-ups). Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
